All Ballí heirs are hereby notified of a Motion for Summary Judgment hearing scheduled on December 30th and December 31st at the Nueces County Courthouse in Corpus Christi, Texas. The address is 901 Leopard. The hearing will take place in the jury assembly room on the first floor and will begin at 10:00 a.m. sharp!

A Motion for Summary Judgment is an attempt to get a case dismissed on legal technicalities. The Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Kenedy Foundation is misleading and will not be successful. The Ballí family has also filed a Summary Judgment Motion to turn the tables on the Kenedy Foundation. A copy is posted on the BFH website.

We are less than seventy-five days from trial and it is a very exciting time in the history of our family. Our prayers will soon be answered. The outcome of this important two day hearing will impact the trial as well as whether we will attend mediation in January. We are thus asking for a strong showing by the family and for each of you to please continue to pray for justice.
