The Texas Supreme Court may be about to issue a decision on the pending Padre Island case. If the Court makes a ruling in favor of the family, I understand that it is possible for the oil company to come in quickly and offer a $ettlement to get rid of all claims.

The past 6 weeks Dee Dee King has been asking some of you who are thought to be connected to the Padre Island case, to send her your information. Most of which her received responses being, "Mañana". With the holidays upon us, it will be even more difficult to get things done. Be aware of the need to move things along because time is definitely not on your side!

Dee Dee King will be in Rio Grande City, Sunday, November 25, 2007, from 1-5 pm at the Holiday Inn Express located at 5274 East Hwy 83. Dee Dee will also be in Harlingen, Tuesday, November 27, 2007, from 2-7 pm at the Holiday Inn Express located at 501 South P St. She will be setup in the breakfast room at both locations with paperwork for folks who need it and she can answer questions directly.

Please take immediate action if you are a Padre Island heir and have not yet been identified by the Court. This will be your last chance to take legal action on this case.
