Despite bad weather, the Ballí Benefit Dance held on October 26, 2002 was a success. Noe Pro and the Band did an excellent job entertaining the family. We also enjoyed accordion music from one of the many family members present.

Proceeds from this event will be used to fund the Ballí family's litigation against the Kenedy Memorial Foundation. I would therefore like to thank the family as well as all of the friends that helped make the Ballí Benefit Dance a success.

On behalf of the entire family, I would also like to thank attorneys Hector H. Cárdenas Jr. and Ramon Garcia for their dedication and hard work in this crusade for justice.
