This is a joint defense meeting, which means that only heirs of Jose
Manuel Ballí Villarreal in the La Barreta lawsuit (Cause #1261)
can attend. We will have a checklist at the door of everybody in the
lawsuit. This is a very important meeting and the people attending will
get an update on our appeal of Judge McDowell's dismissal of our case
by summary judgment. La Barreta is our birthright and we will continue
to fight for the return of our land.
Our crusade for justice continues. While the case is on appeal, all
declarations are on hold until further notice. If you have any declaration
