BALLI FAMILY HERITAGE

It has been brought to my attention that a small group of Ballí family members are trying to recruit people to organize a protest march on the Texas Supreme Court. Any protest march is a very bad idea. The protesters risk getting arrested, and worse, the march could hurt our chances of winning the appeal.

The Texas Supreme Court has six (6) months to correct the terrible injustice committed against the family by granting our Petition for Review.

Our Petition for Review is posted on the BFH website and proves that Judge McDowell abused his discretion by excluding our 1804 deed, and that we have enough evidence to go to trial!

We have good lawyers fighting for the family. Please don’t make their job any harder by doing anything that could hurt our chances of winning the appeal. Remain calm. Do not get involved in any marches or do anything in public until further notice.

I believe the way we were cheated by Judge McDowell and the 13th Court of Appeals is a test of faith for everybody involved.

Please continue to place your faith in God, and to pray for justice. Remember, this historic crusade for justice is in God’s hands. It always has been.
