As previously reported, on May 26, 2005, we were again denied justice when the 13th Court of Appeals denied our Motion to Reconsider. Shame on Judge Dori Contreras–Garza, Linda Yanez, and Nelda Rodriguez-Castillo for ignoring over 100 years of Texas law that is absolutely clear we have more than enough evidence to go to trial.

On July 11, 2005 our Petition for Review was filed with the Texas Supreme Court. It is posted on the BFH website and can be seen by clicking on the Notices of Motions button.

Rather than continue to be angry about how we were cheated out of our day in court, have faith, because the case is in God’s hands, it always has been!!!

This is a critical time and everybody needs to stay calm. Please do not do anything that could hurt our chances of winning. Instead, prove your faith by praying to God everyday, that the Texas Supreme Court grants our Petition for Review and remands the case for a jury trial.
