NOTICE OF ORAL HEARING ON MOTION TO CHANGE VENUE

NOTICE:

To all the heirs of Jose Manuel Ballí Villarreal

RE:

Cause No. 1261; The John G. and Marie Stella Memorial Foundation v. Sylvia Menchaca Ballí Aguilera, In the 105th District Court of Kenedy County, Texas.

A hearing has been set on the Motion to Change Venue filed by Hector Cárdenas on behalf of all the family. At the hearing, Judge McDowell will decide whether to remove our case from Kenedy County to a county where all the heirs of Jose Manuel Ballí Villarreal can receive a fair and impartial jury trial.

THE HEARING IS SCHEDULED TO START AT 9:00 A.M. ON MONDAY, MAY 13, 2002. BECAUSE ONE OF THE ATTORNEYS REQUIRES A WHEELCHAIR, THE HEARING WILL NOT TAKE PLACE IN THE KENEDY COUNTY COURTHOUSE. INSTEAD, THE HEARING WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE ELENA SUESS KENEDY FAMILY LIFE CENTER OF THE OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CHURCH, 98 EAST LA PARRA AVENUE, SARITA, KENEDY COUNTY, TEXAS.
