BALLI FAMILY HERITAGE

As most of you already know, the hearing on our appeal took place January 29, 2004. The hearing went very well for the family. The appeal will be decided by three judges - Linda Reyna Yanez, Nelda V. Rodriguez and Dori Contreras Garza. The outcome of the appeal will not be known until the judges reach a decision, which could take between 6-12 months. The outcome will be posted on the web site as soon as it is decided.

With my deepest sympathy I regret to inform you that Arturo M. Balli passed away on 02/26/04 after a long battle with cancer. The rosary will take place tonight at Guerra Funeral Home in Weslaco at 7:00 PM. The funeral mass will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Donna Texas.
